Strategy

Moving toward sustainability requires a clearly defined strategy that is based on facts and can become adopted by everyone within the business. Accordingly, we facilitate the development of a strategy based on the results of a Sustainability Assessment. The Sustainability Assessment will identify sustainability opportunities, which in turn help in creating the Strategic Vision.

Planning and Implementation

Working with our clients, we map out projects to meet primary considerations such as timelines, budget, goals and objectives, and the business case. Once a project is properly mapped out, we transition to the implementation phase to ensure continuity between the planning teams and the implementation teams. As a project is implemented, careful planning and consideration is required to ensure a successful transition from project to operations. Greenomics will work with you to ensure a successful transition.

Evaluation

In the Evaluation Phase, we focus on the measurable outcomes identified as success indicators for the project, identify successes and short comings, and identify next steps as part of the Continuous Improvement process. The outcome of the Evaluation Phase also ties into the communication effort by providing quantitative data to support both internal and external messages.

Communication

Any project worth doing is worth reporting. In the communication phase, we work with you to identify the right messages to be sent to your company as well as to your customers and others as identified. This may involve your Marketing Department to craft the good news into your Marketing Strategy.
